Both are different area...ccna for networking and mcitp for servers....MCITP is a longer course but it's the highest certification in Microsoft MS certification focus on software and MS server,like exchange server. CCNA focus on cisco router config and setup for network engineer. So it depends on u. One of my friend has done the both and according to him the value is so high in job marketing !
