When I am active in my Exchange inbox, and I delete messages they do not go to my Deleted Folder, they are hard deleted. How do I stop the hard delete

what out look version you are using ?
how is your exchangeserver 2007 setup?
what type of connection are you using Wirless or wired and is it far from your servers or network ?

Using 2007
It’s a corporate server, but my computer just started doing this. Others in the office do not function this way.
It happens either wired or wireless.

So this is limited to you only. What method do you use to delete the emails? Are you just clicking the mail and using your delete key? Using the X at the top? Using shift+delete?
