Hacking Outlook account with .ost files and all cookies

I have physical access to a computer, and I can have all the cookies, temporary files, outlook's .ost file, etc. (everything on that disk). Can I somehow load that account's emails into my Outlook?

    Is this PC belongs to U or for someone's else that is not cleared here.... however, If u have physical access to this PC. then why r u waiting for! take backups all of data and everything in a external HDD/ pen drive and keep it forever for future use.
