How can I create a Groupwise 7 password policy. Ex: 8 characters, 1 numeric, 1 uppercase

It’s been a while but wouldn’t this be configured via eDirectory at the user or possibly GroupWise PO/domain level? Here’s a bit on synchronizing eDirectory and GroupWise passwords in case this helps.
