Create an OU assign fp to that ou..and move all the computers in that ou

Once the group policy is linked. On the remote machines, you can force update the group policy by typing GPUPDATE in a command prompt window.

You should also know that the group policy applies itself every 90 minutes + random interval of 30 minutes

The proper command for gp to force itself is gpupdate /force

GPUPDATE will apply all new settings in the group policy. The /force command is not always required, but it will re-apply all group policy settings new and old.
