Green screens messing up special characters in Win7

Terminal Emulator
We have a few users who just got new Windows 7 desktops, and their terminal emulators aren't behaving correctly. When they do some work at the end of a line (insert, delete, backspacing...) that is will sometimes: 1. extend the line past the edge 2. insert extra spaces between characters Our tech support is at the end of their rope, and I've never run into this problem before. The green screens were behaving normally on their old Windows XP desktops. Help?

What emulators are they using? Please include any version or release numbers. If iSeries Access is providing the emulators, also please include the service level. -- Tom

If you are using Client Access double check the configuration settings for screen size, font and make sure they did not get changed. Other than that send us the info Tom requested and we will see if we can help.
