I have a home based office running Windows Server 2003 and configured as a domain controller.  I am using DHCP and Routing and Remote Access.  The server also hosts multiple websites.  The server is connected to the Internet on one Ethernet port while the internal network in on another.  Internet connection to internal network users requires authenticated access. I also have a wireless G router configured as a secure WAP only to the internal network.  I just purchased a Blu Ray with wireless Ethernet capability and would like to get it connected through the server to the Internet.  DHCP issues an IP address but Internet access is denied.  I would also like to have guests who have laptops be able to connect to the Internet without having to add them and their computer to the domain.  Does anyone know how to configure the system to allow this?  Thanks

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You would have to turn authentication off to allow guests and your blue-ray player to access the internet. To maintain your security, you can turn authentication off when you need to then turn if back on. Here are the steps to turn if off:

1. Open Routing and Remote Access in administrative tools
2. Right click on your server and click Properties
3. In the security tab, click on Authentication Methods
4. In Unauthenticated Access, select Allow Remote Systems to Connect Without Authentication.
