 goldmine kicking user out

Hi, im new to this forum so here goes. One of our users is having some trouble with her goldmine. when she gets to the "Document Management Center" and tries to open a document goldmine locks up and closes it has been working correctly until yesterday and the GMLINK is installed . The goldmine installation is installed on a mapped server drive. has anybody else had the same problem and if so how can it be resolved? Thanks for your help andy

Have you checked her document template properties? My first guess is that her machine can't find the mapping and is freezing in the process. What Operating system is the server and her machine/client?
