I have an email set up by my employer through Google. Can they see what I browse on the internet at home if I am logged into that email account? I click on account settings and it says "This account is managed by "employer".

We can’t know if they can follow your browsing or not. You have to ask them. But whether they can or not, it’s near certain that it has nothing to do with logging into a Gmail account. Further, logging into Gmail should have no connection to any other browsing that you do. — Tom

BTW, that’s separate from any access to any Gmail e-mail history. You can always set up your own private Gmail account. And if you have internet capability at home, you probably also already have a private e-mail account through your internet provider. Due to general security concerns, you shouldn’t be using your company e-mail account while also doing other browsing unless it’s specifically related to company e-mail requests. — Tom
