Exchange 2003 does not provide a place to add a disclaimer. Fortunately Exchange 2007 does, but you may or may not be ready to make that migration. With Exchange 2003 we added a disclaimer through our third party email filter vendor. Some email antivirus programs will also allow you to add disclaimers using their software as well.
