 Global Filtering to folder in Exchange
Is there a way to have any mail with specific words in subject to be sent to another folder or a spam account. can i create a rule in exchange to push filtering globally instead of creating a local rule in outlook.

Try using a free email server as a front end to Exchange. Let the free mail server run your content check, and then push the email to Exchange. Global content rules are not available natively within Exchange 2003. Exchange 2007 does have this feature with the addition of Hub Transport Rules.
