Global address list in OWA Exchange 2013

I am using Exchange Server 2013 and our remote users are using Outlook web access 2013. The global address list is empty and the email address of the users are not available. How can I add all the users in the global address list? Can you please give me a guide or procedure on how to do it? Thanks Darwin Tabucol

To add a contact to GAL you need to follow the given steps:

1.Start Outlook
2.Log in to your account as admin.

  • 3.Go to Contacts>Global Address List.
  • 4.Click “New”
  • 5.Then, fill the various fields such as “Name,” “Email address,” “Alias,” “Phone number” etc. 

  • 6.Click “Save”.
