If you mean GAL to PAB synch, no, there is no native tool for synching these. If you just want a one-time export (that won't be kept synched and that will cause problems as a result over time, as addresses go stale) then you can use Outlook and view the GAL, then select all the recipients and "add to Personal Address Book" (assuming you have created a PAB already. Also, cannot add to PAB, only with option of "add to contacts" but unable to perform this function, with the dialog box of "Some names could not be added to Contacts.
