 Ghost user comes up intermittently
Exchange user profile
User has been gone for over 4 years. User Acct and Mailbox deleted. She was included as required on appointments for someone who is still employed and email bounces when appointment is sent to current employee (former employee's name in required line)

Additional information on this issue. The Exchange Server is 2003 SP2, Windows Server SP2. The ghost user was included as "required" for appointments. There are at least 3 in-house and one external appointment. In one case she was delegated to receive the email. The current users show no indication of deligation or inclusing in any appoinrtments.
