getting the access denied error while scheduling a task in windows 2003 seerver

I am getting the following error message while scheduling a task in windows 2003 standard edition server

Error message: "0x80070005 Access is denied. You do not have permission to perform the requested operation"

-You run the batch job on a Windows Server 2003-based member server.
-The batch job runs as a non-interactive process.
-The batch job is configured to run under the context of an account that is not a member of the Administrators group.
