Ok I know how to get outlook to open on calendar view but it opens my calendar, I have access to 5 shared calendars that I need to look at I can tick the correct boxes to display them but I want to just click on the outlook icon and it will open on calendar view displaying the 5 calendars, and not my calendar. Also how do set outlook to only display certain hours of the day on the calendar (I know you can set a working day in options but I don’t want the non work hours to de displayed.)
