You would be well advised to keep your eye on the situations vacant section, as they will give an indication of gaps in the market. Once you are in a company, you can try to get additional training that will be useful to your employer, and make you highly employable at the same time.

Problem with specializing is the technology could move on and you will be left behind if the company is lacking in foresight to keep their employee skills current, but you will need to keep pushing them as well. Keep your eye on what is becoming hot in the market place and get training in that area.]]></description>
