    What OS are you using now? The syntax varies for different types of OS. For windows/DOS, you can use copy/xcopy (external) command while for Linux, you can use CP. However more information is required.

    Try this,

    SQLCMD -i "<drivename>\<folder name>\<filename.sql>"

    here drivename means, location of the drive (like c/d etc) foldername means, where the .sql file resides and filename means will provide original .sql file. Please link here for more info: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/B25329_01/doc/appdev.102/b25108/xedev_sqlplus.htm
