Think of a phase that is memorable to you and use the first character of every word

The Green Bay Packers Are A Great Team. Password = TGBPAAGT

    I need a / in my password and 1 number.    Password = Ina/impa1n

It's pretty simple. Just think of a phrase and write it down with punctuation and other characters such as:
    Winter-is_coming!
    DreamTheater's_new_album_rocks!
    ITnow, landscapingLATER

Okay, so don't "write it down" in the traditional sense...you know what that can lead to! :)

I like the ideas mentioned, especially CharlieBrowns.  I usually prefer no words that can be found is a dictionary.  The 1st letter of every word in a phrase is a nice idea. I usually use something similar for any site that asks for one where anything personal is being used (name, address, credit card#..). If its a generic site for say registering an ID for a game I use the same one. If someone hacks that site who cares. Maybe they can get me a few more levels :)
