Can’t you simply copy and paste ?

VDP: Variable Data Printing
I know how to create the database.
I’d like to pick and choose certain names and quantities from the database I have created so that when I send the job to print it doesn’t just print the whole list,
I can accomplish this manually but would like to alleviate some of this with maybe plugin or snippet?
