- Do you face this problem with all the Forwarded emails ? is it with Internal Forwarded emails , External emails or with both ?
- Did you try to access your Email on another PC and check if you have the same problem ?

- Finally, I recommend you to remove lotus notes completely from your PC then make a fresh installation of a later version lotus Notes 8.5.3
