Open Outlook Move all of your existing Contact from your main Contacts folder into another folder so that the main folder named Contacts is empty. Tools => Address Book Show Names from the: => Global Address List Click the top name. Scroll to the bottom. Shift-click the bottom name (to select all of the names). File => Add to Contacts (this will copy the GAL to your local Contacts Folder) Close the Address Book Half-way done. View your Contacts to view the Entire Global Address List. =) File => Import and Export Choose your flavor of exporting and select the Contacts folder as the item to export, in your case, a PST file and save to desktop. Copy PST to memory stick and give to remote client. Have remote client use Import/Export and import contacts from external PST file.
