Dear,I am MBA (Finance) with over 10 years of experience in Home Loan industry in Credit Analysis and Disbursement department. Last year, my company had launched a new software and I was a part of the core-team involved in Gap study and the testing of the software for implementation. Now, There is a new vacancy in our IT department for Functional Specialist ( Consultant) who could liasion between the various departments in our company and give the requirement to software developer with the detailing. I do not have any experience of IT.
I need to know whether I can make use of opportunity and How? Also If any kind of training can help me in my new role?Also give me the roles and responsibility details to be handeled by a functionality specialist and the software skills required to do the same.
