FTP to a PC from the ISeries
iSeries, PC, FTP, AS/400 FTP, FTP Server
I have read on numerous web sites that in order to FTP from the ISeries to a PC, that PC must have a FTP server running on it. Is that correct or is there a way around this?

No, an ftp server is required. Filezilla is a nice open source FTP server/client.

An alternative might be using QNTC to send files from iSeries to a PC.

Another alternative is to run your FTP from the PC instead of from the i.
