Dear Sir;

Where we have hostaed our domain thay appliy Protocol TSL/SSL  for FTP.  They are using Linux server.

Now we are unable to connect ftp from filezilla client or any client. They  suggest us to try Filezill with below steps,

Kindly follow below steps to use FileZila over SSL/TLS: 1. Open Filezilla. 2. Click on File menu. 3. Select Site Manager. 4. Click on My Sites from the Select Entry section. 5. Click on New Site button. 6. Enter FTP host address. 7. Enter Port address as 21. 8. Select the Server Type as ‘FTPES – FTP over explicit TLS/SSL’. 9. Select the Logon type as Normal. 10. Enter FTP username and password in username and password field. 11. Click on Connect button.

We did all steps but still we are unable to connect.  Beofre applying TSL/SSL over our hosted server it was working fine.

My newrok side we are using ISA2004 as firewall. and Tehre is no restriction for FTP.  Please help me out.
