Is there a way from within the FTP script to check for successful GET without exiting FTP session ? No. Standard FTP provides no script logic. What would you want your script to do for GET failures? There are alternatives to standard FTP, for example Scott Klement's excellent FTP API function. Of course, you could also break your script into smaller pieces and run programmed tests between pieces. Tom
