I have VMware ESX Server 3.5.0 server and i am accessing it from VMware infrastructure client version 2.5.0. I created a new virtual machine with french windows xp sp2 using LSI logic controller following the instructions on the below link: http://searchvmware.techtarget.com/tip/0,289483,sid179_gci1357411_mem1,00.html The installation went ok, but windows is too slow... it seems there is a problem with the refresh or VGA. Any help would be much appreciated... Thanks

Install VMware tools and set the hardware acceleration to full in Display Properties -> settings tab -> Advanced -> Troubleshoot tab.

If you have Hyperthreading turned on in the ESX host's BIOS, try turning that off. In certain conditions, we've seen significant performance hits with HT on.
