Free/Busy option in Outlook


Free/Busy option, Outlook

I want to set up the Free Busy Option and publish it to a server. What are the steps involved in doing this from both the client and from the user side. Please provide detailed instructions as I have been researching for hours and have no idea where to go. What changes have to be from the exchanger server, etc.
