Free CRM Software
I have recently started my own small business and CRM software came highly recommended from alot of my friends to help keep track of my customer base. I have been looking for CRM services that are offered for free and ran across one called "ConcourseSuite" put out by a company called Concursive. They are advertising 100 free seats. Sounds too good to be true, anyone know anything about this company? Are they legit?

Here's a reuters article about a UK company's implementation of ConcourseSuite 5.0. As long as you're comfortable with their terms and conditions I think it's worth a try. They seem to have great "how-to" resources in their support area and there's an export function. That's always been a must-have for me. Good luck!
