How can I forward my Lotus Notes email to external account while having a copy on my Lotus Notes mailbox?

Create a mail rule in your mail file (under Rules). Set it so that it is (remember to click the Add button to actually add each condition): When: All Documents Action: Send Full Copy To x@something.com Then save the rule and ensure it's enabled.

I did this exact rule to forward to my biz blackberry users then i get this problem.

Looks like you pasted an html hotspot/mailto link into the address part of the rule, when it should just be a straight plain text copy of the email address.

Is there anyway that I can forward every sent e-mail to my boss ? If my company block using the rule, can i use create agent ?

What do you mean the “forward” condition no longer exists? Is there some reason you can’t use “send copy to”?
