Forwarding email from public folder
Can I set a rule to automatically forward email messages from a public folder to an Outlook mailbox? I need to preserve 2 names but do not want to check two mailboxes.

NOPE, all you have to do is right click on the folder (assuminig you're the owner), properties, go to the administration tab, folder assistance>there you will find a useful tools for creating rules (redirects, auto-reply, etc). Most admins have no idea this even exists!
