How can I forward all emails to my Gmail account? It will not let us create agent. I've set up in "rule" all documents then send full copy to x@gmail.com. I see the forward flagging beside the email in Notes but am not getting them in Gmail. Any ideas?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Has your admin disabled the ability for that rule to work? It’s an option in the server config doc.

They may not have disabled it on the server. I have disabled it on my mailfilter. We scan the headers for "auto-forward" and drop the message. This is for legal/privacy and other reasons.

Yep, most likely forwarding by rule has been disabled. It really isn't a good idea (for many reasons) to allow users to forward mail to personal/private email accounts.

    Hey Sabrunson!
Retry setting up the rules to forward Lotus Notes mails to Gmail.
To do so follow the given steps:
    - From the Notes window click 'Tools icon',
    - After that click the Rules icon and then the “New Rule” button
    - This will open a “New Rule” dialog box
    - Go to the “Create condition” heading, form  there Select the first menu
    - Select “All Documents,”> “Add” button.
    - Select  the option “All Documents” from the menu to the right of “AND"
    - Go to the heading “Specify Actions”
    - Select the option “send copy to” and Fill the destination e-mail address in the “to:” field.
    - click “Add Action”
    - click the “OK”

As mentioned by Justty this Feature could be disabled So in this case you need to contact the mail admin and I ask him about it or at least ask him to it for you by adding your email address (x@gmail.com) to your person document on the dominno Directory.
