 forward email in Lotus Notes 7
Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes 7.x
How can I forward all emails to my gmail account? IT will not let us create agent. I've set up in "rule" all documents then send full copy to x@gmail.com. I see the forward flagging beside the email in Notes but am not getting them in gamil. Any ideas.

Has your admin disabled the ability for that rule to work? It's an option in the server config doc.

They may not have disabled it on the server. I have disabled it on my mailfilter. We scan the headers for “auto-forward” and drop the message.

This is for legal/privacy and other reasons.

Yep, most likely forwarding by rule has been disabled. It really isn’t a good idea (for many reasons) to allow users to forward mail to personal/private email accounts.
