I want to forwared all messages from one domain name without listing each person's e-mail name.  ie @smithjones.com

Software/Hardware used:
PC without any exchange or office server

Utilizing Outlook 2007, you should be able to forward.

Start with a blank rule.
1) Apply rule after the message arrives
2) with specific words in the recipient’s address (enter smithjones.com)
3) either:
a) forward it to people or public group (enter destination)
b) forward it to people or public group as an attachment (enter destination)
4) Any expections ?
5) Provide name for rule and turn on rule.
6) Finish

If you want to forward e-mails that are comming <b>from that domain</b>, then use ‘with specific words in the <b>sender’s</b> address’ in step 2.

    This is what I would use on Lotus Notes, WHEN Sender contains (@smithjones.com) THEN send copy to (destination)
