I have three date fields; approved, countered and denied. I need to have one date field called Decision date. The formula needs to account for the null values and also needs to return the most recent date out of all three of the fields. I know how to do this with two dates but haven't been able to get a formula to work on three fields. How do I write the formula? Thanks.

I don't use Crystal, so I don't have an example. I can imagine a few ways to do it with straight SQL. If you post code that does it for you with two dates and handles NULLs, I think I can modify it to handle three dates. . Tom
