I have a form (frmInvoices) used to enter new invoice data. It's control source is tblInvoices. But on my form, I have 3 fields to pull data from: (tblcustomer.customerid) and (tblnewinvoices.id; customerid; and datecreated) I can't figure out how to populate datecreated and id from tblnewinvoices whenever I enter customerid. One problem is that tblnewinvoices.id is an autonumber used to create invoice numbers incrementally. And it has to have customerid entered before it will give new number. I know it is simple, but I have been out of Access for 6 years and can't remember anything!
