 Forcing the connection on Exchange
Exchange Server, Exchange Server queues
What is the disadvantage of forcing the connection on the exchange server queues. My queues are in retry state and i want to force the connection. is it fine to force the connection whenever the queues go in retry state?

There are no disadvantages to forcing the connection. You can do that any time you wish. If it does not help or work then you will need to dig deeper for another solution, but that is certainly an acceptable place to start. It does not affect anything adversely at all.
