 For VoIP Server recruitment.
[strong][em]i have got a problem soon after shifting my VoIP server to the Rack which is in server room but it fail to respond while it was operate before on my work bench.is there any different may be because is ready configured and working problem is started after shifting to another place.[/em][/strong]

You mentioned it was working in your lab, if i read that right, but when you moved it to a rack, you cannot connect.. Best practice is to work up the OSI model - check the cbaling, then check the configs of the devices its wired through to get from your workstation/Phone to the server - Do you have to pass through a switch / router? do they have the VLANs / Trunking set up properly? Just to get you started...
