For SBS 2008, the user properties does not have the Exchange Advanced tab to hide the user from the Global Address List from Outlook 2007? IS there another way I can hide a user?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Open the Exchange Management Console (Start\All Programs\Microsoft Exchange Server 2007).

Expand Recipient Configuration, click on Mailbox.

Double click a user (or get Properties otherwise) and on the General tab is a checkbox for Hide From Exchange address lists.
