 FOR OUTLOOK MAKE CONTACT LIST SAME AS SELECT NAMES LIST.

Have my contact list in ascending order alphabetically by rear names. The SELECT NAMES TAB has the same address books in ascending order alphabetically BUT by first name. How do I change the SELECT NAMES list to ascending order alphabetically by last names????
