Don&#039;t want numbers between 0.0 and 1.0?
3.  Fill all the columns with &quot;=ROUND(RAND()*(3-1)+1,0)&quot;, which will populate the fields with random selections of 1, 2, or 3.  Then put the &quot;4&quot;s wherever...

You can see that as stated, the problem has infinitely many trivial (and meaningless?) solutions.

You need to state the purpose and constraints more clearly.]]></description>
