4. Make sure the remember each is set.
5. Click apply to all.
6. Click Apply at the bottom of the window.
7. Click ok.

That should do it. Just so it&#039;s clear. View settings don&#039;t propagate to sub folders.

I like everything on detail view by default, so follow 1-3 and 5-7. In place of four I make sure remember each isn&#039;t checked. This makes every folder on the machine come up in detail view every time.]]></description>
