 Folder missin on the server replica but folder can be found on the local replica

I have a user that can't find all of his folders on the server replica on his mail server but can find all the folders on his local replica. We tried to clear the replication history and replicate it with the server with no success.. please help.. thanks in advance.. =)

Sounds like the user has created private folders, which do not replicate. Have the user try using shared folders instead.
