Hello everybody. I need your help.
I have an asset (monitor). there is only one Main number asset for 3 pieces. Now we want to erase this number asset and transfer eveything to 3 new assets 1 pieces for each asset. How can I do it? Please help me. Its emergency and very important

I am not sure I usderstand your issue, If you have 1 asset (monitor) with a number on it that is in conjunction with 2 other pieces? then just create new numbers for the other peices. If this is not what you are after you should clarify your question.

No. when they created the master data of the specific data, they created for 3 pieces of monitors just i asset number. Now they (the accounted department) want to stop using the only 1 asset number for the three monitors and instead of it to use 3 asset numbers for each monitor.

Do you want to do this directly in the database ? if so, what database are you using ? what are your table structures ?
If not, what program are you using to manage assets ?

can i use a general transaction (fb01 or else) debit th old asset ( one asset number with 2 pieces) and credit the 2 new assets (two asset numbers with one piece each one)?
