Installation • 6 computers • 1 Laser Printer • 1 scanner • Telephone headsets for VOIP connections • Desks and chairs as appropriate. there is a row of windows down one side of the room which do not open. the light is very poor (one 40W globe and a lot of glare from the afternoon sun) and no ventilation. In the room there is one double power point next to the door (opposite the windows). This door has no window and swings out into the hall. if you are asking about the heat load or how much cooling. You need to know the heat load and I would suggest you employ a mechanical engineer as the heat load is not only influenced by the equipment & people but also the building construction, position, sun load, windows ect.

Given the structure, and the “open endedness” This sounds a lot like a homework question. Chances are there are additional instructions that were given orally, and thus could not be cut and pasted into the question box. I sometimes help out with homework, at least a hint or two, but in this case there does not seem to be any “work” demonstrated by the asker.
