Firewall Service keeps on stopping…!!!
We are using Windows 2000 Server and ISA 2004 server standard edition..!! I found virus and used Nod32 to clear it out. But after that I found that Firewall service keeps on stopping every time. I am getting following errors:::
The Firewall service stopped because an application filter module C:Program FilesMicrosoft ISA ServerMSPHLPR.dll generated an exception code C0000005 in address 62ED091E when function CompleteAsyncIO was called. To resolve this error, remove recently installed application filters and restart the service.
Faulting application wspsrv.exe, version 4.0.2167.887, stamp 462cc525, faulting module msphlpr.dll, version 4.0.2167.887, stamp 462cc51b, debug? 0, fault address 0x0004091e.
The Microsoft Firewall service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: Restart the service.
Please guide me how to fix this problem??

According to Microsoft your issue is probably caused by an exception handleing error. If you have a proxy server to proxy for Exchange Server the RDNS lookup may be generating the error because of the domain filters. Echange SMTP usually triggers this error.
There is a hotfix available from Microsoft for systems having this problem. Here is the KB issue from microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/257379/en-us
