Where is your email coming from - is it in-house at your work? Directly from an ISP? A web-based email? Whoever handles your email account will have this information available, for both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) servers. If you are at work, ask your IT Department. If you are at home using an ISP hosted email, contact your Internet Service Provider for this information. If you are setting up a generic, web-based email to download to your OE, the site (Yahoo, MSN, Google, etc) should have the information posted on-site.
