    Subsystems are not allocated to job queues; job queues are allocated to subsystems, When a subsystem is not active, the job queue is not allocated.   So, your question doesn't make much sense. If the system is in restricted state, job queues aren't allocated to any subsystem.   However, you could build a list of subsystem descriptions and retrieve job queue entries from each *SBSD to see how many of them had an entry for a given *JOBQ.   Tom
