 Filtered email in blackberry
Hi,

Our client is unable to receive email to his blackberry but he is able to send mails.. Upon checking his blackberry account in BAS, I found out that there are 200+ filtered messages.. How can I view the filtered email then? Please help. thanks

If possible, please provide more details ! U need to filter at ur mail server. There is no filtering on the BB itself.

@technochic : yes sorry i meant BES. I have checked the user’s account in our BES and found 200+ email filtered. There’s no way for us to change the setting of his mail filtering however we can only clear all those mail filtered. the problem that was raised to us was our user cannot receive email thru his bb but he can only send email. what i think is causing the problem is his email filtering that was enabled to his unit.
@melanie : we are using lotus note 8.0.2 and our client is using 9700 blackberry.
@rechil : i believe you can do the filtering on the blackberry unit itself, just need to enable the email filtering settings from email options.
