I would like to archive project folders that have not been accessed for a certain time. Is there a tool that can show me everything inside a folder has not been accessed for X days? I can find tools that can display a list of files inactive for X days but I have no way to know if the entire folder content meets the requirement or not. Not sure if there is really a tool out there or not. Do you know?

The only way of knowing how to do something like this is by scripting, and, depending on how far down you go, you may be able to go only so far, say two or three tiers.
