 file transfer via client access
CLP, FTP, RPGLE
Hi, in order to upload files from pc, i will usually write a FTP script in rpgle and trigger the FTP command in CLP to 'get' the file. due to security reason, FTP now is not allowed to use. May i know is there any way to upload pc file via client access with SCRIPT like FTP. THANKS.

You may want to review utilizing SFTP (secure file transfer protocol). Most SFTP clients should be able to transfer the files via script but you may want to review. Also the other end is probably recommended to have SFTP as well. ----------------------------- Client Access has transfer from Host You can create each definition and save it put each on your desktop and click each and run it.
